The man can be seen in the video standing close to the women's carriage door as the train draws closer to Ghatkopar station. The footage shows distressed female travelers. A watchful ticket checker (TC) from an adjacent carriage saw what was happening and stepped in. At the next station, the TC led the man off the train and went into the women's section.
The unnamed guy is the subject of a complaint filed by the Kurla government Railway police (GRP) under Section 162 of the Railway Act and Section 296 of the indian Penal Code, according to media sources. To find and capture the offender, a combined Railway Protection Force (RPF) and GRP team is analyzing CCTV video from many stations.
