people got angry due to the slogans of jai Shri Ram
Earlier in the house, SP member from sambhal Iqbal Mahmood said that an application is given in the court. In which a request was made for a survey of Shahi Jama Masjid in sambhal and within two hours on the same day, the team was sent for the survey. The SP member said, "The Jama Masjid management cooperated fully in the survey but as soon as those people left, they started raising slogans of jai Shri Ram. Due to which not only SP but the whole of sambhal became angry." He said, "On the night of 23rd (of November), the officials of sambhal said that a second survey will be conducted on the 24th.
After this, people asked what is the need for a second survey but they did not agree and an order was given from lucknow that the survey has to be conducted on the 24th itself." Iqbal Mahmood claimed that the order for a second survey was given because the result of Kundarki assembly by-election came on 23 november and since the Muslims there were forced to cast their votes, this order came so that there is no protest. The SP member also said that when people raised slogans of 'Jai Shri Ram' again and the crowd gathered, firing started and five people died, in which one person's post-mortem was not done and he was forcibly buried.
