Out of these, eight will be cabinet and 4 will be state ministers. Sources said that uday Samant, Shambhuraj Desai, Dada Bhuse, Pratap Sarnaik, Sanjay Shirsat, Gulabrao Patil, ashish Jaiswal, arjun Khotkar and Bharat Gogavale can take oath as cabinet ministers. At the same time, yogesh Kadam, Vijay Shivtare and Rajendra Yadravkar or Prakash Abitkar can take oath as state ministers.

Meanwhile there is a claim about Eknath Shinde that he is angry with the possible division of departments. bjp is not ready to give him the home and Revenue departments. shiv sena wants to keep both the ministries with itself. However, shiv sena can get the Urban Development Department. Speculations of Shinde's displeasure gained further fuel when he did not come to delhi with devendra fadnavis and ajit pawar on Wednesday. There can be a maximum of 43 ministers in the maharashtra cabinet including the Chief Minister. The Mahayuti alliance has won 230 out of 288 seats in the assembly elections. After this, on december 5, fadnavis took oath as the chief minister and Shinde and ajit pawar took oath as Deputy Chief Ministers.
