Now You Can Get Passport At Your Door Step - Follow These

By the end of the year, the Regional Passport Center plans to introduce a mobile passport van service throughout the state under the Ministry of home Affairs' directions. The project intends to expedite passport application procedures, especially for people who live in rural regions.
 
Applicants must register on the official passport services website and choose the mobile van option to use this service. A time and date for the van's arrival will be given during registration. There will be no need to attend the Regional Passport office because all documentation and verification procedures will be handled through the van.
 

Five applicants were given appointments at the Passport Center's recent successful mobile van experiment at the Passport service Center in Panthaghati. The department has been motivated to accelerate the service launch due to the favorable feedback.
 
Shimla's Regional Passport Officer, varun Kumar Sharma, emphadata-sized the value of the service in easing the strain of travel for those living in remote locations. "This initiative will ensure convenience for applicants by bringing passport services directly to their doorsteps," he said. The service is anticipated to launch in two weeks, he continued, adding that all the preparations have been finished.
 

Shimla, Una, Kangra, Hamirpur, Palampur, Kullu, and Mandi are the present locations of the state's seven Passport Seva Kendras. Officials estimate that between 40 and 50 persons apply for passports every day throughout the state. It is anticipated that the mobile van service will greatly improve accessibility for these candidates.
 
The mobile passport van service is a critical step in improving the efficiency and inclusivity of passport services by tackling the logistical issues data-faced by citizens in rural areas.
