500 Litres of Fake Milk with just 1 Litre of Chemicals - UP Trader Arrested
Pre-mixed chemicals were seized during an inspection of Agarwal's store and four storage facilities by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of india (FSSAI). According to authorities, "Agarwal has not disclosed the exact chemicals used, but with just five milliliters, he could produce up to two liters of synthetic milk." Additionally, they pointed out that Agarwal employed particular flavoring chemicals to make the fake milk taste, smell, and look just like the genuine thing.
Ajay Agarwal reportedly gave other milk dealers in his hamlet access to his fake milk formula, according to Dainik Bhaskar. Authorities found that some of the artificial sweeteners used in the fake milk had gone bad two years before the raid. Caustic potash, whey powder, sorbitol, milk permeate powder, and refined soy lipids were among the compounds that were confiscated.
Agarwal is being questioned by the police to find out where the formula came from. According to FSSAI officer vinit Saxena, "We are also trying to find out where he has supplied these milk products in the last six months." The purchasers of Agarwal's counterfeit milk and milk products are being sought by investigators.
