There is good news for lakhs of people who are facing hours of traffic jams and trouble in commuting from Greater noida to Gurugram. To connect Gurugram to Greater noida in delhi NCR, the central government has prepared a plan to build a Regional Rapid Transit System. Which will connect Gurugram to Greater Noida. This corridor will be 60 km long which will connect Rajiv Chowk in Gurugram to noida Sector-142 and Surajpur in Greater noida, in between it will pass through faridabad Bata Chowk.

The estimated cost of this corridor to be built from Gurugram to Greater noida will be Rs 15,000 crore. There will be eight stations in this corridor. With the construction of this corridor, the picture of transport system in delhi NCR will change completely. Not only this, it will also help in controlling traffic congestion and air pollution.

In this regard, haryana chief minister Nayab Singh saini recently met Housing and Urban Affairs minister Manohar Lal Khattar in Delhi. During this, there was a discussion between the two about RRTS corridor development and metro expansion. In which the expansion of Karnal Gurugram Metro from Sarai Kale Khan to AIIMS in Badsa was also discussed. Apart from this, additional plans also include connecting IGI airport with major NCR centers like Gurugram, faridabad and Jewar airport through RRTS network. Due to which the connectivity of these three cities will be further improved. At the same time, in future, its expansion is also being considered from Sarai Kale Khan to Dharuhera, Bawal and shahjahanpur in Rajasthan. So far, it takes one and a half to three hours to go from Greater noida to Gurugram by road. A lot of it also depends on the traffic on the road. The construction of this corridor will greatly benefit the working people and students studying in these cities.
