Director Problems for Tollywood Stars in 2025
In terms of new releases, 2025 looks to be another significant year for Tollywood. Next year will see a number of high-profile theatrical releases, but they are all plagued with director problems. Game Changer, the year's first top-six superstar release, was directed by Shankar, who is now in terrible form. It is comforting to know that shankar is reverting to his specialty of social drama with a political component in this film, and Mega fans are hoping he does the same.
Following prabhas Raja Saab with Maruthi, the macho star's admirers continue to doubt Maruthi's ability to manage a celebrity such as Prabhas. Three is a reasonable amount of doubt over this alleged horror comedy that will be released in April. NTR's war 2, which is scheduled for release in august of next year, comes next. Although he is a skilled filmmaker overall, aryan Mukherjee's last film, Brahmastra, had very poor presentation and very shallow screenplay. His ability to direct a multi-star film starring Jr. ntr and hrithik roshan is questioned.
Last but not least is Pawan Kalyan's hari Hara Veera Mallu, which was first directed by krish before being redirected to jyothi Krishna, the son of AM Ratnam. The directing of this movie is already plagued by numerous issues. All things considered, every major 2025 picture has one or two issues with its director; our only hope is that everything works out well and that our big-name performers produce successful box office releases.
