The owner of X fears that if Kamala harris is elected, she would impose stringent regulations on social media, which will have an impact on the content of his website and maybe put him in danger of going bankrupt.
On the other hand, Democrats see this as an effort to combat hate speech and false information on internet platforms. Musk has made similar claims in the past. The creator of tesla has not hidden his endorsement of President Trump's economic initiatives. The world's richest guy expressing dread of going bankrupt looks like an overstatement meant to instill anxiety about a future financial meltdown.
This action may tip the electoral tide in favor of trump because economic issues are a big concern in this year's contest. The Democrats have not openly confronted Musk, who persistently criticizes the US Vice President. Nonetheless, Kamala Harris' detractors are concerned about her lack of transparency or a sound financial strategy.
