Tollywood Completely IGNORED 'Devara' and Jr NTR
Devara, Jr. NTR's first solo theatrical release in the previous six years, was well received and proved to be a successful sequel to rrr in terms of box office earnings for Tarak. However, there is a noteworthy point on Devara that warrants discussion at this time. Remarkably, up till today, not a single tollywood celebrity has published a post expressing support or gratitude for Devara.
For Devara, celebrities like mahesh babu and Allu Arjun, who are often extremely vocal about giving their good opinions of the movies they watch, remained mute. ram Charan, NTR's rrr co-star, too stopped posting after Devara's release since he failed to express his gratitude. Before the release, he did post his best wishes to the Devara crew, but that was it. On occasion, even chiranjeevi expresses gratitude for movies that are remained silent on Devara.
Devara is a passable movie even if it may not be perfect. It might have benefited from more passion from other performers, but that was not to be.
