Indian 3 on OTT - Good or Bad?
Lately, sequels have been a huge hit at the movie office. However, this cannot be stated of all movies, as indian 2, a recent example, is an instance of profound disappointment. The picture was a major catastrophe at the box office. Even worse, shankar and Kamal have already revealed that indian 3 has started filming and that some of it has already been shot.
The most recent social media information is that indian 3 may not have a theatrical release at all and instead land straight on OTT. This is in view of the rock bottom buzz one the film considering the awful second portion which eventually became troll fodder. There is no purpose for indian 3 to be released in theaters, unless the filmmakers choose to take a chance. Based on social media rumors and the current circumstances, indian 3 may be released directly to over-the-top services.
Although it is concerning that a movie that cost Rs 100 crores is being released straight on over-the-top streaming services, this is the price that must be paid for a subpar follow-up. kamal haasan has completely fallen flat after the success of 'Vikram' movie and his choices are questionable.
