What Next for Koratala Siva?

G GOWTHAM
Although koratala siva has only helmed six films to date, his track record in the box office is remarkable, having delivered the highest grossing films for heroes—aside from the multi-starrer acharya starring ram charan and Chiranjeevi. After completing its first weekend, Devara's box office performance, particularly in hindi, suggests that the picture would be regarded as a triumph for the director and hero.

NTR's previous biggest gross in North America was $2 million, therefore Devara will be his first movie to get into the $6 million club. Devara will also be regarded as a legitimate hit in hindi due to its remarkable organic development and consistent performance. It is estimated that the eventual lifetime gross will range from ₹70 crore to ₹100 crore.

Koratala was at an all-time low after acharya, but Devara's huge relief begs the question: What will the filmmaker do next? It indicates that he is back on track and will continue to play. Devara has also given him the self-assurance to carry on producing pan-Indian movies. To join the exclusive group of South indian pan-Indian filmmakers, nevertheless, he must produce another strong success.

The shortage of accessible Tier 1 stars, however, is Koratala's largest obstacle. After directing NTR's last two films, koratala is directing ram charan, who is now working on his next movie with Buchi Babu, after Game Changer. With several films starring sandeep Vanga, Maruthi, Hanu Raghavapudi, and Nag Ashwin, prabhas has a busy schedule. Since mahesh babu has committed to rajamouli for the foreseeable future, the key issue now is: Which big-name actor can koratala get on board for his upcoming project?

The only actor with a reasonably flexible schedule is Allu Arjun, who is still awaiting Trivikram's completion of his pan-India screenplay. It's an odd situation for a filmmaker like koratala to find himself without a Tier 1 star from telugu cinema with dates open, unless he dumps trivikram for Koratala.
