Is Tirupati Laddoos Story Real or BJP Fake Controversy to Boost Profits and do Religious Politics?

SIBY JEYYA
The next day, a "lab report" was released in response to Chandrababu Naidu's claims that tirupati Prasad laddoos included animal fat and lard. The ghee that went into making the laddoos, according to his party, was tampered with. It's noteworthy to note that Mr. Naidu and his spouse currently run heritage foods, a well-known ghee manufacturer.

During the BJP's manipulation of the stock market around the lok sabha results, the Naidu family allegedly received a windfall of over ₹1,200 crores from the shares of the same firm. It's somewhat ironic that the man making the claims regarding the ghee used in tirupati, who is the head of a dairy and ghee business in his family, is basing them on a "private lab report" from Gujarat.

The tirupati laddu, a sacred offering (prasad) at the famous tirumala Venkateswara temple, has been the subject of occasional controversies, but its story and tradition are very real. The tirupati laddu has been distributed to devotees for centuries and holds great religious significance. It is prepared in the temple's special kitchen called "Potu" by temple staff following a strict and sacred process.
One notable controversy emerged when reports claimed that tirupati laddus were allegedly made available outside the temple or sold in black markets. These incidents led to concerns about counterfeit laddus being circulated, tarnishing the authenticity of the prasad. However, the temple authorities of tirumala tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) have consistently reassured devotees that the official laddus are prepared under strict supervision and bear a unique seal of authenticity, making it impossible to replicate them outside.
