Hyderabad metro to operate past midnight on Tuesday

In light of the final day of Ganesh immersion, hyderabad Metro rail Limited (HMRL) has announced that metro services would be extended till midnight on Tuesday, september 17. The last trains in every direction will leave at one in the morning and should arrive at their destinations by two in the morning.
 
Furthermore, more police officers and private security guards have been stationed at the hyderabad Metro stations at Khairtabad and Lakdikapul to reinforce security and guarantee the safety of passengers.
At a few hyderabad Metro stations, additional ticket booths will operate to meet the increased demand. To avoid any stampedes or other problems, commuters are urged to exercise self-control and collaborate with security officers, according to HMDL Managing director NVS Reddy.
 
Hyderabad Metro is reportedly seeing a large increase in ridership right now, with daily ridership exceeding 500,000. At Khairatabad station in particular, there has been an upsurge. The station reported an astounding 94,000 passengers on saturday alone, with 39,000 arrivals and 55,000 departures.
 
Telangana State Road Transport Corporation (TGSRTC) has scheduled 600 special buses at Tank Bund and other locations in addition to the hyderabad metro's extended schedules. The action is intended to guarantee hassle-free and efficient mobility for followers.

The commissioner of police in hyderabad emphadata-sized the security issues encountered the previous year and advocated for improved traffic control in strategic locations like Basheerbagh and MJ Market. He said, "Vehicles approaching critical junctions from different roads should be managed proportionately," highlighting the necessity of effective cooperation to avoid traffic jams and guarantee safety.
