prime minister narendra modi on wednesday (September 11) attended the Ganpati Puja ceremony at the residence of Chief Justice of india DY Chandrachud in New Delhi. Now shiv sena mp sanjay raut has reacted to this meeting. sanjay raut said about the meeting of PM Modi and the Chief Justice that if the custodian of the Constitution meets political leaders in this way, then doubts may arise in the minds of the people.
sanjay raut said, "Ganpati festival is going on, in such a situation people go to each other's houses. Ganesh Utsav is being held in many places in delhi too. I do not know how many people's houses prime minister Modi has visited so far, but the prime minister went to the Chief Justice's house and performed aarti together. Our information is that if the custodian of the Constitution meets political leaders in this way, then doubts arise in the minds of the people."

Shi Sena UBT mp said, "The hearing of our case of maharashtra is going on in front of Chief Justice Chandrachud, so we have a doubt whether we will get justice or not? Because the central government and PM narendra modi are the second party in this case. Therefore, the judge should recuse himself from this case. The relationship between the second party of this case i.e. the prime minister and the Chief Justice is openly visible. In such a situation, will Justice Chandrachud sahab be able to give us justice?"
sanjay raut said, "Dates are being given for three years. An illegal government is running. The way parties like ncp and shiv sena have been broken is also wrong. We are not getting justice. The prime minister is taking a lot of interest in saving the illegal government of Maharashtra. The responsibility of giving them justice is on the Chief Justice, in such a situation, he has such a friendly relationship with him, so there is a doubt in the mind of maharashtra that it does not seem that we will get justice." Raut further said, "Therefore I think that in such a case, if the relation between a party and the judge is visible, then the judge recuses himself from that case, so I think Chandrachud sahab should recuse himself from this case."
