In Shah Rukh Khan’s film Raes, we saw that he used to deliver liquor from a very young age. Some youths have initiated similar things in real life. Some liquor dealers exploit underage children by making them deliver alcohol. The dealers give them a small amount of money in return for their work. At a young age, these youths consider the amount as a substantial source of income and thus get deeper into the world of crime.
A similar incident was reported from the city of Muzaffarpur, Bihar. Three friends, posing as students, were caught delivering alcohol in their school bags. They have been doing this for a long time but this time they got caught. When they were about to deliver the alcohol bottles, the police officials caught them red-handed. After searching their bags, the officials were shocked.According to reports, the operation was carried out by Kazi Mohammadpur police. They mentioned that these three youths often roam around the city to deliver alcohol. A significant number of bottles were also recovered from them. The officials stated that they got intel about these three youths and they carried out the operation based on the information.

After getting the information, station officer ravi Gupta formed a team led by Inspector Saket Kumar, who followed the three youths in civil clothes. As soon as the trio reached Aghoriya Bazar Chowk to deliver alcohol, the police laid a trap and arrested them. They were then brought to the police station for further questioning.
The police identified the three as shammi Singh Golu from Chandwara Soda Godam Chowk, santosh kumar from Mahavir Peeth Road, Chandwara, and shiva Kumar from Chhitbhagwatipur. To avoid suspicion, the three youths used to dress as students. Everyone assumed that their bags contained books and notebooks, but the reality shocked everyone.

According to the police officials, during interrogation, the three youths revealed that they used to bring alcohol from the neighbouring state Uttar Pradesh and deliver it. They took orders over the phone and used to deliver the bottles within half an hour. Station officer ravi Gupta stated that they had got several names from their phones and they had started a search operation to arrest them.
In april 2016, the bihar Prohibition and Excise Act effectively stopped almost all production, transportation, sale, and consumption of alcohol across the state.
