Producers would normally be clamoring to recruit an actress who could deliver two pan-Indian all-time hits. One actress hasn't had many offers, though, despite her enormous popularity. We are discussing Srinidhi Shetty, the
kgf heroine. In 2018,
kgf became a global hit, grossing 250 crores.
kgf 2 went one step beyond and made 1200 crore in
international revenue, making it an all-time pan-India blockbuster.
For any actress, this type of achievement is a dream come true, and everyone anticipated that
srinidhi shetty would become a
heroine very soon. However, that did not occur. She had a little part in Vikram's Cobra after KGF. She hasn't had any substantial proposals since then. There have been no developments on the film Telusu Kada, in which she was expected to co-star with
siddhu Jonnalagadda as Raashii Khanna's supporting character.
Despite her
beauty and glitz,
srinidhi shetty never seems to be able to succeed. This could be because of the ridiculous part she played in the
kgf series, which was poorly written and performed and may not have had much of an impact. It seems that
director Prashanth Neel has trouble defining
heroines, as Salaar also demonstrates.
While the
kgf franchise saw great
success thanks to Prashanth Neel's direction, it appears that his approach to creating strong female roles may have been missing, which has resulted in the failure of actors like Srinidhi Shetty.
