Terrorists forced locals at gunpoint to cook food before Kathua attack

Before carrying out the ambush, terrorists had numerous villagers cook meals for them at gunpoint, according to sources who spoke to india Herald TV. The attack on an army convoy in Kathua, Jammu and Kashmir, resulted in the deaths of five servicemen.
 
According to authorities, the terrorists wore bodycams during the attack and intended to take the army personnel's weapons. However, the soldiers showed incredible bravery and fortitude in foiling their plot, even if they were hurt.
 
On the rough Machedi-Kindli-Malhar mountain route near Badnota hamlet in Kathua district, terrorists attacked a patrolling group, resulting in the deaths of five army personnel—including a junior commissioned officer—and the injuries of an equal number.

In the last month, there have been five terror attacks in the Jammu area.
 
Terrorists, according to reports, were targeting locations with limited road connection and great distances from military units, making it difficult for security personnel to dispatch reinforcements quickly.
