Unfresh vegetables, bad sanitary conditions

Authorities discovered that the Food business Operator (FBO) at the "Priyadarishini Pure Veg Hotel" in Kallakal, medak, had been operating since May 2024 with an FSSAI licence that had expired.
 
"The FBO is preparing meals with artificial food colouring, which the FSSAI forbids. The vegetables that FBO was obtaining weren't fresh. 25 rice sacks with incorrect labelling were discovered, according to authorities.
 
It was discovered that FBO did not possess a valid FSSAI licence at "Sri raghavendra Veg Restaurant" in Kallakal, medak (the licence expired on january 16, 2024).
 
"The FBO has not maintained hygienic and sanitary conditions in the cooking area. The powdered coloured tea that the FBO purchased had SFC Positive content. It was discovered that FBO was using Monosodium Glutamate, or Tasting Salt.

The FBO at Kallakal, Medak's "Janatha Family Restaurant" does not possess a current FSSAI licence. use of artificial food colouring in food preparation discovered. The restaurant did not have any FoSTaC-trained personnel or head helmets on food handlers. It was discovered that FBO did not adhere to FSSAI standards for hygienic and sanitary conditions. No records of pest control were discovered. It was discovered that food workers lacked medical fitness certifications. The establishments received notices.
