The distribution of property between two parties typically adheres to the available assets or what the elders decide to share. However, the concept of sharing what isn't currently available seems impossible. This reflects the current stance of telangana, which might cause some discontent. Nonetheless, Telangana's desires, akin to Gontemma's wishes, are evident even if not openly discussed. Let's delve into these aspirations:
Inclusion of polavaram flood zones (7) in Telangana:
Fact: These zones were merged with andhra pradesh (AP) by the central government through an ordinance in 2014, creating a divide between telangana and Andhra Pradesh.

1000 kms of coastline for Telangana:
Fact: The coastal area isn't mentioned in the Partition Act. The existence of the coastline was known during the telangana movement but wasn't requested at that time.

Access to coastal ports (Krishnapatnam, Machilipatnam, Gangavaram):
Fact: This demand isn't in the Partition Act. It's a new request, raising the question of how such ports can be shared.

Part of tirupati Srivari temple for Telangana:
Fact: Not mentioned in the Partition Act and geographically not within Telangana's data-borders. Sharing a temple isn't feasible.

Water distribution from krishna waters:
Fact: According to the Bachawat Tribunal, water distribution in india is regulated. telangana seeks an international water distribution principle, which isn't applicable here.

Allocation of 558 TMC of krishna river water to Telangana:
Fact: telangana already receives 299 TMC of krishna water. The Bachawat Tribunal indicates that granting more would leave ap arid.

Settlement of Rs.24,000 crore arrears between telangana and ap power companies:
Fact: The reasons and methods for these arrears aren't explained in the Partition Act. The demand for funds relates to electricity used during the united ap period. Only post-2014 arrears are mentioned in the Partition Act.

Gradual payment of electricity dues to Andhra:
Fact: telangana owes ap Rs.5700 crores for electricity used between 2014-15. This suggests a strategy to delay payment.

Origins of these demands:
None of Telangana's demands are included in the Partition Act. These demands emerged during the kcr government's tenure, aiming to pressure Chandrababu's government. Consequently, the unresolved issues in the Partition Act remain, making these demands unattainable.
