Barack Obama Supports Joe Biden
The two oldest candidates running for president are Biden, who is eighty-one, and Donald Trump, a forty-eight-year-old Republican. Concerns over Biden's age and mental health, in particular, have been voiced by voters.
Obama, the president from 2008 to 2017, stated in a tweet that there was a choice between "someone who has fought for ordinary folks his entire life and someone who only cares about himself" in the election.
Biden was the Vice President throughout Obama's eight-year presidency.
Voters' worries that Biden might not be able to serve another four-year term were heightened by his verbal blunders and occasionally meandering responses during the debate on Thursday. Some of Biden's fellow Democrats began to question if they could run against him for president.
However, Trump—who served as president from 2017 to 2021—presented a number of lies throughout the discussion, and as a result, Biden received the majority of the attention, particularly from Democrats.
