Water, sewerage issues? Call Hyderabad water board MD today

Residents of hyderabad have been notified by the hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board (HMWSSB) that on Saturday, june 29, K ashok Reddy, the board's managing director, will be reachable via phone.
 
“Customers can contact the Managing director to convey their grievances and suggestions on Water & Sewerage issues quoting their ”CAN” number between 5:00 PM and 5:30 PM on the following phone numbers 040- 2344 2881, 2344 2882, and 2344 2883,” HMWSSB said.

June 15 marked the official resumption of the "Dial your MD" project, which had been suspended since 2019 owing to the COVID-19 epidemic. Every two weeks, the program will run from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Citizens should include their residence address and Consumer Account Number (CAN) to expedite a prompt response.

One of the users quoted, "We are living in a High Rise Apartment namely vishnu Vistara in Kaithalapur Village, kukatpally Mandal with 238 Flats. But we do not have a Sewerage Connection at all. ghmc issued OC to it in 2023 without a Sewerage connection to it. From where do get CAN Number for our grievance"
Another user quoted, "Sir, we have asked for a new water connection in the new locality in Pocharam, Ghatkesar and  your department quoted 33 Lakhs under bulk supply for 23 villas in this community. We can't afford to spend so much and need your intervention. Thanks in advance."
