Two complaints were filed against Owaisi for Mentioning Palestine in Parliament
Advocate Vineet Jindal submitted a second complaint against Owaisi, confirming on X that he had done so in accordance with Article 103 of the indian Constitution.
Even although Owaisi said there was nothing improper in yelling "Jai Bheem, jai Meem, jai Telangana, jai Palestine" to media after leaving the house, his comments were removed.
When reporters questioned Owaisi about his comments, he responded, "Other members are also saying various things... Why is it incorrect? Tell me what the Constitution says. Meanwhile, minister of Parliamentary Affairs kiren rijiju stated that he has heard concerns from several members on the reference to Palestine.
