Bollywood is now having a difficult time. Big budget films like Bade Miyan Chote Miyan, Maidaan, and chandu Champion have bombed, but lesser budget films like Munjya and srikanth are performing well. There were great expectations that films such as Welcome To The Jungle, stree 2, and Singham Again would help revive the film industry.

Stree 2 will be out on august 15 and Singham 3 on Diwali. But the release of Welcome To The Jungle has been postponed until 2019. The original release schedule for ahmed Khan's Welcome To The Jungle, which was supposed to coincide with Aamir Khan's Sitaare Zameen Par, was set for christmas 2024.

The third installment in the well-liked Welcome series, Welcome To The Jungle, was much anticipated not just by bollywood but also by Akshay Kumar. The 2007 original film was a big smash and continues to be beloved by many. According to sources, the movie is being produced on a big scale. The complete ensemble participated in the first filming schedule, which was held in May in Aarey, Maharashtra; however, further dates and substantial VFX work remain. These factors make the scheduled december 2024 release date implausible. Trade analysts had projected that Welcome To The Jungle, if it opened on christmas this year, would bring in at least 300 crores net.
