Telangana Hyderabad - Widespread showers expected across the state

Heavy rains pummelled hyderabad on tuesday evening, causing waterlogging and traffic gridlock after days of cloudy skies and anticipation.
 
Around 630 p.m., the rain started to fall, and lightning lit up the sky in several locations across the city. Strong thundershowers were accompanied by heavy rain in Musheerabad, LB Nagar, Vanasthalipuram, Saroornagar, Amberpet, Malakpet, Charminar, Kapra, Malkajgiri, Himayatnagar, Alwal, Khairatabad, Lingampally, Patancheru, Ameerpet, Quthbullapur, and surrounding places.

Moderate to heavy rainfall was also recorded in other parts of the city. telangana Development and Planning Society (TGDPS) statistics show that by 8 p.m., Uppal, Amberpet, Charminar, and Kapra had rainfall of between 40 and 45 mm, with Musheerabad recording the greatest amount at 46.8 mm.
 
The city had its lowest maximum temperature in june so far, 31.7 degrees Celsius, which is 3.4 degrees below the average. Relative humidity levels were 65 percent, according to the india Meteorological Department.
 
Looking forward, the weather prediction calls for an overcast sky, mild to moderate showers, and temperatures that stay between 31 and 33 degrees Celsius for the next 48 hours.

Significant downpours have been experienced in Siddipet, Medak, Sangareddy, Nirmal, medchal, Kamareddy, Nizamabad, and neighboring districts of telangana due to severe rainfall.
 
The IMD has issued a yellow alert for the State and the city through Wednesday. The weather prediction calls for heavy rain in a few isolated areas in the districts of medchal Malkajigiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, bhadradri Kothagudem, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Siddipet, Rangareddy, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, and Mahabubabad.
 

Furthermore, thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds, with speeds of 30-40 km/h, are very likely to occur at isolated places in several districts including hyderabad, Rangareddy, Adilabad, Kumaram bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagitial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Warangal, Hanamkonda, Jangaon, Siddipet, yadadri Bhuvangiri, medchal Malkajigiri, Vikarabad, Sangareddy, Medak, Kamareddy, Mahabubnagar, Nagarkurnool, Wanaparthy, Narayanpet, and Jogulamba Gadwal.
