Today(June 12), Wednesday, N Chandrababu Naidu, the leader of the telugu Desam party, bharatiya janata party, and Janasena alliance, will take the oath of office as the chief minister of the southern state. The swearing-in ceremony is scheduled to take place in Kesarapalli IT Park, which is located on the outskirts of Vijayawada, close to gannavaram Airport, at 11.27 am. Other politicians who are expected to take the oath of office alongside Naidu are janasena chairman pawan kalyan and senior leader N Manohar, Naidu's son Nara Lokesh, and Atchannaidu, the leader of the tdp in Andhra Pradesh.

Notably, the cabinet may consist of 26 ministers, including the chief minister, based on the strength of the andhra pradesh parliament (175).Naidu publicly announced his intention to establish the government earlier on tuesday when he met with S Abdul Nazeer, the governor of andhra pradesh, at the raj bhavan in Vijayawada. Daggubati Purandeswari, the president of the bjp state, and Pawan Kalyan, the leader of the janasena party, were with him as party allies. Naidu was elected as Andhra Pradesh's first chief minister in the 2014 election and held the position till 2019. Despite losing the 2019 elections, he led the opposition until 2024. Naidu is reentering as chief minister for a fourth term, unseating the YSRCP, after scoring a huge victory in the 2024 elections, capturing 164 of the 175 assembly seats and 21 of the 25 lok sabha seats.

Who's going to be at the ceremony to take the oath?

Amit Shah, the Union home minister, J P Nadda, the leader of the bjp, and a number of other dignitaries are anticipated to attend the swearing-in ceremony. Modi is anticipated to arrive at the location by 10.55 am in order to take part in the swearing-in event, which is scheduled to take place from 11 am to 12.30 pm.
