Telangana Hyderabad - Food Safety Inspections at Pista House

Employees of the pista house plant in Yenugonda, Mahbubnagar, were ordered to dispose of 70 kg of stale non-vegetarian food products during a sunday inspection by the task force teams of the food safety commissioner. The task team saw common hygiene infractions such as dirty refrigerators, clogged drains, and open trash cans in the area used for food preparation. Additionally, the raw and cooked food was not properly stored in the outlet. Additionally, the FBO failed to post the FSSAI license on the property.
 

It was discovered that Sri Venkateshwara Bhavan was not adhering to cleanliness rules and was also using tainted tea powder. The inspectors were not given access to the food workers' medical records. Reports on water analysis and pest control were also unavailable through the FBO. The task force teams also examined three establishments in the town of Nizamabad. 

Basic infractions about the preservation of raw and cooked food ingredients were discovered at Hotel Vamshi International. raw ingredients were stored among products that had been deep-fried. cashew nuts and grapes contaminated with fungi were discovered and disposed of. The inspectors discovered the usage of artificial food coloring here as well. The kitchen's floors and walls were not adequately sealed, causing standing water.
 

Cross-contamination might occur at Aroma Family Kitchen because the chicken was stored in the refrigerator without a wrapper. It was discovered that Hotel Kapila's vegetables were fungus-infested. Almonds, suji, and rajma all had bug infestations, and the kitchen was unclean. The walls and floors were messy. Additional problems with food storage were discovered.
