Eenadu Will Miss Ramoji Rao For Its 50th Anniversary

SIBY JEYYA
"Eenadu" was launched off the coast of Visakhapatnam on august 10, 1974. It became a reader favorite within four years of its release. Using letters as his weapon, ramoji rao battled for the people to the end. With his words alone, he both created and overthrew governments.

Today was Ramoji Rao's (88) last day as the chairman of the eenadu Group. He was brought to a hospital in hyderabad on the 5th of this month because he was having trouble breathing. While receiving treatment there on Saturday, at 4:50 am, he passed away. His remains will be moved to his home in Film City, where the last ceremonies will be performed.
All his life, ramoji rao was pro-poor. All his life, he was an anti-Congress man. He was a major factor in the ascent to power of NT Ramarao, who initiated the state's first anti-Congress movement. He later disagreed with ntr over the lakshmi Parvathi issue. He opposed the late YSR's anti-people policies even though the latter was well-known for his harsh vendetta politics.

Additionally, he triumphed in his final struggle by helping to overthrow YS jagan Mohan Reddy's despotic dictatorship. While print media suffered greatly over the world as a result of readers' changing habits as a result of digitization, eenadu persevered and has been a market leader ever since. In august of this year, eenadu will have completed 50 years of its existence. On this momentous occasion, there was to be a grand celebration of a man's integrity and tenacity. Unfortunately, the legend himself will be missed!
