Telangana Hyderabad - ‘Chudidar gang’ breaks into house in in SR Nagar - Steals Cash & Gold

On May 18, two robbers dressed as women wearing chudidar and masks broke into an apartment in SR Nagar. They allegedly grabbed four tolas of gold, Rs one lakh in cash, and a laptop. According to sources, on the night of May 18, K Venkateshwar Rao, a private employee who lives in Akruthi Arcade Apartment in the Czech Colony, went to Ongole, Andhra Pradesh, with his family. When the family's maid came on saturday morning, she noticed that the lock was broken.

Based on the complaint, the police initiated an investigation, and after reviewing the CCTV video, they identified a 'chudidar gang' renowned for their unusual outfit. On sunday night, CCTV cameras filmed the burglars, who were wearing masks, during the robbery at Akruti Arcade in SR nagar Colony, which is under the jurisdiction of the SR nagar police station. According to SR nagar police, they got access to the second story of K. Venkateshwar Rao's flat by breaking the main door lock.
 
"We filed a case based on Venkateshwar Rao's complaint. Special teams have been established and are reviewing CCTV video to find the perpetrators," said SR nagar detective inspector G. Janaki Ramulu. However, police have brought two individuals into custody, but they have yet to make the information public.
