Telangana Hyderabad - Raids conducted at Top Restaurants - Unhygienic Conditions Found

On Saturday, a task force team from the telangana Food Safety Department inspected some of Hyderabad's best eateries. The crew discovered unsanitary conditions while doing the checks.
 

Inspection at restaurants in Lakdikapul, Hyderabad

Rayalaseema Ruchulu and Shah Ghouse were inspected in the Lakdikapul region.
 
The crew discovered tamarind infested with insects, outdated Amul gold milk, unlabeled cashews, jowar roti, and heavily diseased maida at rayalaseema Ruchulu.
 
Furthermore, the eatery was found to be using incorrect storage procedures. There were also unsanitary conditions discovered, including open windows and a clogged drain in the kitchen.
 
Prepared and semi-prepared food that was not labeled was discovered in storage at Shah Ghouse, one of Hyderabad's most well-known eateries.
 
During the examination, hygienic problems such as water stagnation were also discovered.

Inspections in Khairatabad area


The task team inspected the Kamat Hotel and the Hotel Sukha Sagar Veg Restaurant in the Khairatabad region. The crew discovered packs of tea powder and unidentified noodles at the Kamat Hotel. Additionally, it was discovered that food workers lacked gloves, hair caps, and medical fitness certifications.

JK Button mushroom Packets were discovered at Hotel Sukha Sagar Veg Restaurant without manufacturing and use-by dates.
 
Furthermore, there was no barrier between the restaurant's kitchen and the exterior.
 
It is unclear what steps the task committee will take to address the eateries in Hyderabad.
