Telangana Hyderabad to witness week-long spell of rain, thunderstorm

This week's significant rains in the city were a welcome diversion from the extreme heat. On Friday, May 10, isolated places like Kukatpalli Zone and Serilingampalli Zone may get light rain and thunderstorms, according to the indian Metrological Department in Hyderabad. It is anticipated that the highest and lowest temperatures will be around 38°C and 26°C, respectively.
 

As predicted by the IMD, residents of hyderabad should expect a prolonged period of rain. On May 11, the sky will probably be partly overcast with a possibility of showers and thunderstorms. It is anticipated that circumstances on May 12 will change to partly cloudy skies with improved visibility. The outlook for May 13 is for partly overcast skies with a higher chance of thunderstorms or moderate showers.
 

On tuesday night, May 7, a retaining wall in Renuka Ellamma Colony near bachupally fell, tragically killing seven laborers. After many days of intense heat, hyderabad had significant rains, which caused several disruptions around the city. The laborers who passed away were employed in hyderabad and were originally from the states of odisha and Chhattisgarh. According to the police, they were employed by Horizon Ridge Construction Company, which is developing a cellar-stamp plus five upper-story residential buildings at Bachupally's Renuka colony with HMDA's approval.
