Postal Ballot Voting: Govt Wantedly Creating Troubles!?!

SIBY JEYYA
In Andhra Pradesh, postal ballot voting got underway on Saturday. Voting via postal ballot is available to government workers who will be working election duties on May 13. Voting is available to them in specified polling places until this month's 10th. There are claims that because the government's personnel are thought to be anti-Jagan, they are attempting to cause issues with the postal ballot voting system. The Facilitation Centres are in disarray because several staff members encountered difficulties, and many of them were forced to return without being asked, both yesterday and today.

Staff members at several centers on saturday informed voters that they had not received their postal votes from certain seats. The workers have filed an appeal, arguing that they ought to be permitted to join the workplace's constituency. The authorities, however, disregarded this and said that they would provide voters a chance to cast mail-in ballots at the location where election operations are conducted.

It is unclear where an employee is supposed to utilize the postal ballot, according to district authorities. It is seen that the staff members are moving between facilitation centers to locate their polling location. There aren't any help desks at the centers to offer assistance. One day before the deadline for Form 12 submission, which is required for postal ballot voting, certain staff are assigned election duty.

Despite having met the ROs, they receive no assistance. They're asking for more time to submit the Form-12. Basic facilities like fans and water are absent from the Facilitation Centres. workers, who are impatient with this hard summer, say it's an attempt to get them to leave without voting.
