In the lead-up to the ap General elections, the YSRCP is facing a serious threat from the public's rising resistance to the Land Title Act. During his campaign, tdp President CBN quickly took advantage of this emotion, mobilizing support against the Act with spectacular actions like destroying passbooks featuring Jagan's picture.

Farmers and the general people, who view the Act as a danger to their lands and properties, have responded favorably to CBN's efforts. On the other side, the electorate is becoming more and more opposed to the YSRCP leaders, especially in rural regions where resistance to the Act is greatest.

CM Jagan mohan reddy has encountered skepticism in his attempts to address these concerns; some have even interpreted his tone as desperate. The seriousness of the situation for the YSRCP is shown by his recent appeal to the public not to trust what the opposition is saying. The YSRCP has seen the necessity to confront the mounting resistance to the Land Title Act, as evidenced by their decision to meet with the party's top leaders. Ineffective handling of this problem might seriously harm the party's chances of winning elections.
