The Land Titling Act has caused a great deal of controversy and upheaval in andhra pradesh politics. Furthermore, in Andhra nowadays, this is an issue that comes up at every gathering of people. The opposition parties are against jagan Mohan Reddy's picture being on land registration passbooks, and telugu Desam chairman Nara chandrababu naidu leads them. If his three-party alliance prevails in the next assembly election, Naidu promised to repeal the statute.

At a meeting in Chirala, Naidu requested an apology from chief minister Y.S. jagan Mohan reddy for passing the legislation, accusing the government of supporting land grabs. Referring to the YSRCP administration as a “mafia kingdom,” he attacked it and encouraged citizens to defend democracy. The Land Grabbing Act was introduced, and the properties were forcefully registered, according to Naidu.

What right does jagan have over people's land? The second signature will be on the Land Titling Act cancellation paperwork when I become the CM. Citing job losses, financial mismanagement, and economic woes, Naidu attacked jagan Reddy's leadership. If elected, he pledged to repeal and terminate the Land Titling Act, claiming it resulted in coerced property registrations.
