Actress Shraddha Kapoor, who has been in the hindi film business for the past 11 years, has declared that she is trying her hardest to prioritise self-care these days. She said that she feels more focused and in touch with herself on days when she meditates in an exclusive interview with india Herald.
"I'm making every effort to give self-care first priority. I have only now come to realise how important sleep is. I value good sleep quality at the moment. I also do meditation. The 'Aashiqui 3' actor told us, "I'm not claiming that I sit for hours in profound meditation, but I try to make time for it. She added, "I’m not someone who has been religiously doing this for a year, but it’s definitely something I’m trying to incorporate into my routine. On days I meditate, it’s a very different day as I feel more centred and more in touch with myself."

During the conversation, Shraddha also shared details about her morning regimen, which includes yoga, data-face washing, and the application of sunscreen and moisturiser. "At the moment, I try to get good quality sleep," she stated. I try to meditate and perform yoga as soon as I get up, so it helps me to start the day off well." The actor did, however, note that because of her job obligations, her regimen is not the same every day. The last time Shraddha Kapoor appeared on screen was with ranbir kapoor in the 2023 movie "Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar." Her upcoming film is "Stree 2."
