In a recent news conference, the state's Additional Advocate General, Ponnavolu sudhakar Reddy, made accusations that APCC President YS sharmila refuted. She said that sudhakar was the one who thought that if YS Rajashekar Reddy's name was left out of the CBI's charge sheet, jagan would not be able to be spared. In a statement to the vizag media today, sharmila denounced Sudhakar's derogatory remarks directed against her. She reminded sudhakar that she is the state president of the congress Party and the daughter of YSR.

According to sharmila, sudhakar Reddy's remarks during the press conference demonstrated his love for YS jagan Mohan Reddy. "YSR's name was omitted from the charge sheet by the CBI. sudhakar Reddy, however, thought that YSR's name needed to be mentioned to keep jagan in the case. By suing the cbi trial court, the High Court, and even the supreme Court, he attempted to include it in the charge sheet, according to Sharmila. She added that Sudhakar's pleas were denied by each of the three courts.

She questioned sudhakar Reddy's hypocrisy in seeking to tarnish Rajashekar Reddy's reputation, his "idol," by putting his name on the cbi charge sheet. sharmila said that, at YS jagan Mohan Reddy's request, sudhakar Reddy attempted to include YSR's name on the charge sheet. She said that as a result, within a week of taking office as Andhra Pradesh's chief minister, jagan named sudhakar Reddy as the government's AAG.
