Telangana Hyderabad - GHMC approved 11K building permissions in 2023-24

Most of these permits were under the Instant Approval category and were for residential buildings up to 500 square meters in data-size. About Occupancy Certificates, 2,567 of them were granted, for a total of 13,641 approvals.
Furthermore, the Single Window was used to approve several structures because of how simple it was to process applications. There were 2,282 residential buildings with the most permissions, 74 of which were high-rise structures. In the ghmc region, a residential project in Kancha Gachibowli with 51 storeys and a height of 188.6 meters is the highest structure that will be allowed between 2023 and 2024. The majority of these permissions were granted under the Instant Approval category for residential structures built on a plot data-size of up to 500 square meters.
