Honest IPS Officer As AP Police Boss?

A showdown appears to be about to happen between some high-ranking officials in chief minister Jaganmohan Reddy's administration for allegedly breaking election rules. Chief Secretary jawahar reddy and DGP Rajendranath reddy are rumored to be removed from their positions. ap Chief election Commissioner mukesh Kumar meena has stated that he is awaiting orders from the election commission to take action against several IAS and IPS Officers in the state. He also mentioned that the election commission sought explanations from the Chief Secretary and DGP regarding complaints filed by opposition parties.

Furthermore, there are persistent rumors in high-ranking circles that the ec is getting ready to move six IAS and IPS officers and that an order is anticipated either today or tomorrow. Should this come to be, it would be the first time that the Chief Secretary and the Chief of police have been sent on leave at the same time. The appointment of top IPS officials to the state's DGP post is an option made by the EC. Due to his reputation for honesty, dwaraka Tirumala Rao, who is now the MD of RTC, is said to be a front-runner for the position. This approach might provide a serious obstacle for the YSRCP.
 

Even after the election Code went into force, Chief Secretary jawahar reddy was seen to constantly follow Jagan's instructions, which raised questions about possible political favoritism in decision-making.
