Telangana Hyderabad - Intense heat returns as temperature crosses 40°C

The much-needed break from Hyderabad's sweltering heat was short-lived, as the mercury reached 40 degrees Celsius on Monday, bringing with it the return of very hot weather. tuesday is expected to bring some reprieve from the heat, with partly overcast skies that will keep the temperature between 37 and 39 degrees Celsius.
 

But starting on Wednesday, the city is prepared for a return of extreme heat. By 3:00 pm on Monday, several parts of the city were scorching. The hottest places were the Shaikpet area (41.4 degrees Celsius), Allapur Vivekananda nagar (41 degrees Celsius) in Kukatpally, and balaji nagar (41.5 degrees Celsius).
 
41.3 degrees Celsius was reported at the university of Hyderabad. The extreme heat also affected other districts of the State.
 
At 44.2 degrees Celsius, Garimellapadu in the bhadradri Kothagudem district topped the list, closely followed by Aswapuram at 43.8 degrees Celsius in the same district.
 

According to the telangana State Development Planning Society, districts like Kumuram bheem Asifabad, Adilabad, Mancherial, Jagtial, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalapally, Mulugu, Suryapet, and khammam might have average maximum temperatures as high as 43 degrees Celsius on tuesday and Wednesday.
 
Hyderabad's nightly lows are predicted to range from 27 to 29 degrees during the next four days, in addition to the State's forecast increase in maximum temperatures during the day.
