Following claims that Sunita kejriwal published delhi Chief minister Arvind Kejriwal's court proceedings on social media, an attorney filed a complaint against Sunita kejriwal and others with the district judge (headquarters). The march 28 presentation of arvind kejriwal in Rouse Avenue court is included in the lawsuit. The plaintiff in the case, advocate Vaibhav Singh, asserted that Sunita kejriwal and other political figures had taped the hearing without authorization and shared it on social media. Additionally, he has served social media companies with a legal letter requesting that they remove the footage of the court sessions in question.

In order to consolidate, unify, and streamline the process relating to the use of video conferencing for courts, the complainant has requested that a thorough investigation be conducted into this matter and that all individuals or political parties involved be held accountable for willfully and deliberately violating the Video Conferencing Rules, dated october 26, 2021, of this court, as announced by Notification No. 348/Rules/DHC.

On march 28, at the court of special judge kaveri Baweja, a complaint was filed against Sunita kejriwal, Akshay "X" handle name @Akshay, Promila Gupta (councillor, Ward 11, Timarpur), Vineeta Jain (vice president of INC Rajasthan), and Arunesh Kumar Yadav, who goes by his X handle @YadavArunesh, for the unauthorized distribution of video/audio recordings of the court proceedings. aam aadmi party members and other opposition groups deliberately disseminated Arvind Kejriwal's court hearings on social media with the aim of distorting and manipulating the case's image.
