Karthi and Tamannaah's Paiyaa to Re-Release on this Date
For many years, fans have favored the tamil film Paiyaa, which stars karthi and tamannaah bhatia as her romantic interest. When the movie came out in 2010, it was praised for both its powerful message and Karthi's delivery of the lines. Following the critically praised Aayirathil Oruvan, directed by Selvaraghavan, this was his fourth feature. Paiyaa depicted the intense connection between the two stars as well, which still makes fans swoon. According to a recent update, Paiyaa is ready for its big theatrical rerelease.

A @thisisysr special musical. #14YearsOfPaiyaa.” Makers of Paiyaa also took to their X platform and shared the news of the re-release. They wrote, “Celebrating #14yearsofPaiyaa with Re-release on april 11th. Thanks for all the love.”
The story focuses around Shiva, a recent engineering graduate who, despite advice from his colleagues about life, could not care less about his work or future. After meeting Charulatha at a bus stop, he eventually falls in love with her. He subsequently gets the chance to take her to Mumbai, where they engage into a violent altercation with two other groups.
