During the recent ramzan celebration, a client expressed grave concerns over the quality of haleem served at the renowned paradise Hotel's Begumpet branch. The problem was discovered after a social media video of the ruined haleem went viral.

The client claims that he bought a haleem package from the Begumpet location of Paradise. But as he opened the package, a pungent stench of spoiling met his nose. The branch manager could be seen on the customer's recorded video recognizing the bad odor coming from the haleem.

The client expressed his displeasure, claiming that the haleem that was delivered to him was old stock that may have been incorrectly kept, causing it to deteriorate.

Netizens were prompted to discuss and express worries about the situation.

In response to an instagram channel that posted a video claiming problems with paradise haleem, paradise Food court has filed a complaint at the Begumpet police station. "The instagram channel ‘telanganacrimefiles2023’ has been sharing a defamatory video on paradise and other multiple whatsapp groups," according to the complaint. The modified video was neither shot by the channel nor did the channel owners visit its outlet at that time, according to paradise management. The management also thought that the published film was meant to damage the brand's reputation and generate unwarranted attention for it.
