IPL - Rohit Sharma Back as Mumbai Captain?

G GOWTHAM
The mumbai Indians shockingly declared before the current IPL season began that hardik pandya will take Rohit Sharma's place as the team's captain. The most recent craze on social media is that rohit sharma ought to take Hardik's place as the team's captain. On social media, mumbai supporters are urging a reversal of the leadership switch. Some claim that hardik is not even close to the calibre of 10-year team captain Rohit Sharma.

In the match against SRH, hyderabad recorded the highest IPL total ever—277—exposing Hardik's poor leadership. hardik suffered from a poor bowler rotation and missing out on bumrah early. The social media narrative being promoted by mumbai supporters is that Rohit is the sole deserving candidate for the leadership role and that he has to replace hardik right away.

Notwithstanding the protests of supporters, mumbai finds it nearly hard to change captains at this time. Even with a superior bowling arsenal at his disposal, hardik is having trouble, despite Rohit leading Mumbai's much weaker bowling attack to the semifinals last year. Will this, though, be sufficient to have Rohit return as captain? We need to wait and see if the twist comes into a reality
