A 44-year-old man who is a cousin of telangana chief minister Revanth reddy filed a complaint with the Adibatla police station claiming that five people were intimidating him and attempting to take over his land. The proprietor of OSR Project LLP, which is situated at Plot Nos. 40 and 41 on the third floor of Venturest Plaza in the Financial District, is identified in the lawsuit as Bandoju Srinivas. In addition, he owns SSAN Enterprise LLP, which is situated in Sainikpuri, Hyderabad, on Plot No. B90. The two businesses are related entities to one another.
According to the police complaint, on january 31, 2020, srinivas bought the OSR Project LLP, which is situated on 10,890 square yards in Abdullapurmet Mandal, from a man named Chava Suresh.
On august 30, 2013, Chavan suresh has acquired the land from Jakkidi Surender Reddy. It was an agricultural area back then. suresh turned the area into non-agricultural land after purchasing it.
In his case, srinivas claims that reddy continued to harass and intimidate him even after he had lawfully purchased the land. To stop anyone from entering the property illegally and encroaching, he had also built a compound wall.

They breached the complex wall and continued their operations after a lawsuit was filed, according to the complaint.
"On Match 3, at around seven in the morning, five individuals arrived with a JCB, destroyed our compound wall, and attacked the land guards with rocks and rods. There was also a murder attempt. The police complaint stated, "When I hurried to the place, I was hurled with abusive language and threatened to kill me and my family."
Five persons have been named accused – Jakkidi Surender, Jakkidi Harinath, Shiva, Kalwakuntla Kannarao and Daniel, along with the JCB owner and driver whose names were not disclosed.
The Adibatla police registered an FIR under sections 147, 148, 447, 427, 307, 436and 506. Further investigations are on.
