Hyderabad Airport clinches top honor at ACREX Hall of Fame National Awards

The ACREX Hall of Fame National Level Awards competition, which was recently conducted in New Delhi, was won by GMR hyderabad International airport (GHIAL). GHIAL defeated India's most prestigious corporate offices and structures to win the Energy Efficiency and Sustainability commercial building category.
 
A prestigious panel comprised of scientists, architects, and technocrats assesses applications for the ACREX Hall of Fame Awards, which honor companies that show extraordinary dedication to sustainability and energy-efficient projects. hyderabad airport is an ACI Level 4+ carbon-accredited airport, with a commitment to achieve Net zero by 2030. GHIAL became the first airport to be rated “National Energy Leader” 5 times, “Excellent Energy Efficiency Unit”– 9 times by CII, and won the ACI Green airport Award 6 times.

ACI Level 4+ carbon-recognised airport GHIAL is dedicated to reaching net zero emissions by 2030. This award recognizes GHIAL's extraordinary potential and ability to build a more promising and sustainable future.
