Kalvakuntla kavitha finds herself embroiled in a controversy as the cbi has invoked Section 41A in connection with the delhi Liquor Scam, issuing a notice for investigation on the 26th of this month. The sudden and unexpected move by the cbi has sparked questions about the motives behind targeting Kavitha, especially since the last time she was interrogated by the cbi was almost a year ago.

This development has led to growing suspicions, particularly among critics of the bjp, who have raised doubts about the timing and intentions of the investigation. Allegations in the previous assembly elections, where the congress accused BRS and bjp of being synonymous, add to the scepticism. Kavitha's non-arrest in the liquor scam has been pointed to as evidence supporting these claims, and critics argue that this validates the Congress' accusations.

The perception that voting for BRS or bjp is equivalent has been a narrative consistently pushed by figures like revanth Reddy. The bjp and BRS have struggled to counter these allegations effectively. Furthermore, there has been the observation that kcr, who previously spoke favourably of narendra Modi, remained silent when his daughter's involvement in the liquor scam was revealed, leading people to conclude the allegations being true.

As the speculation intensifies, there are discussions about kcr risking his party and power to protect his daughter, and the local bjp leaders reportedly suggested to the top leadership that kavitha be given notice and potentially arrested to distance the party from any perceived association. This move is seen as an attempt to convey that BRS and bjp are not synonymous entities.
