Telangana Hyderabad - South India’s Tallest Skyscraper in our City

At Kokapet, a Hyderabad-based company called SAS Infra has started building the highest tower in South India. The structure, named SAS Crown, rises to a height of 235 meters and has 57 stories. It is anticipated that construction will be finished by march 2027.
 
The project, which covers 4.5 acres, has 250 units distributed among 5 buildings. When it is finished, it will be taller than the existing record, a 50-story structure in Bengaluru, not just in hyderabad but across South india as well. According to media predictions, hyderabad is predicted to surpass mumbai as the second-most skyscraper-rich city in india by 2030.
 

In the upcoming years, the top ten tallest structures in hyderabad will be built. The majority of these structures have more than 50 stories. Candeur Skyline is set to become the tallest structure in hyderabad and South india, with 59 stories and a height of 244 meters. It's going to be built at Puppalaguda. The work will be finished by march 20, 2029, per the building authorization granted on april 1, 2023.
 
SAS Crown, Hyderabad's second-tallest skyscraper, is soon to rise at Kokapet, Golden Mile. It will be 228 meters tall with 58 stories. By march 26, 2027, completion is anticipated.
