Telangana Hyderabad - Godrej Properties expands presence with land acquisition in Rajendra Nagar

Godrej Properties Limited (GPL) has expanded its presence in hyderabad by acquiring around 12.5 acres of premium property in Rajendra Nagar, marking its debut in the city. hyderabad is a key market for real estate developers based in Mumbai's future expansion.
 
The projected saleable space, which is mostly made up of upscale residential flats, is around 4 million square feet, according to the company's announcement on Wednesday. It is projected that this collaboration would yield income of over Rs 3,500 crore. The project intends to satisfy the needs of discriminating city dwellers looking for contemporary living environments with premium features and designs.
 
Godrej Properties MD and CEO, Gaurav Pandey, acknowledged the company's happiness with its debut in hyderabad, pointing out that the city is home to one of the country's biggest and fastest-growing residential real estate markets. In keeping with our plan to bolster our holdings in India's major marketplaces, he continued, "We will work to deliver a landmark project that creates long-term value for its residents."

The biggest oil palm plantation firm in India, Godrej Agrovet Limited, plans to invest a whopping Rs. 250 crore in telangana to establish an edible oil processing factory situated in the khammam district. It is possible to increase the planned 30 TPH facility to 60 TPH. In the khammam district, this would be the single biggest private investment. Palm oil will be processed by it.
 
Following his meeting with IT and industries Minister KT Rama Rao in hyderabad, Godrej Agrovet's managing director, Balram Singh Yadav, made the statement. Yadav promised that other projects were being considered in various business areas.
