Here's PM Modi's schedule for his visit to the ram temple...


On Monday, january 22, prime minister Narendra Modi will preside over the ram temple at Ayodhya's "Pran Pratishtha" event. The prime minister has instituted stringent measures, such as sleeping on the floor and limiting his diet to coconut water. Modi first got involved in the ram Janmabhoomi movement in 1990, when he went on the rath yatra from somnath alongside prominent member of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Lal krishna Advani.

Additionally, in 2020, PM Modi oversaw the "bhumi poojan" of the ram temple in Ayodhya. Here is the 73-year-old leader's schedule for january 22 as he begins his 11-day "anushthan," or special ritual, leading up to the consecration event.

Airport arrival time ayodhya is 10:25 AM.

Arrival at the ayodhya Helipad at 10:45 AM.

Arrival at the ram Janmabhoomi location at 10:55 AM.

11 AM–12 PM: Set Aside

Rituals for "Pran Pratishtha" start at 12:05–12:55 PM.

PM Modi will depart the site of the consecration ceremony at 12:55 PM.

Arrival at the public ceremony at 1 PM.

PM Modi will attend a public function in ayodhya from 1 to 2 PM.

Visit to Kuber Teela at 2:10 PM.

Visits to temples with a connection to the Ramayana have been made by prime minister Narendra Modi. He had prayed at the tamil Nadu shrines of sri ranganathaswamy and ramanathaswamy earlier in the day, and he had bathed in holy water at the Rameswaram 'Angi theerth' seashore. At Sri Rangam, an old shrine connected to the Ramayana, the PM heard academics recite the "Kamba" passage of the Ramayana. He had prayed in temples in kerala and andhra pradesh earlier in the week.

On Thursday, the 51-inch statue of ram Lalla, sculpted by Arun Yogiraj, a Mysuru-based sculptor, was brought into the sanctum sanctorum of the ram Janmabhoomi temple. Authorities in ayodhya are getting ready to entertain a big number of guests, including many well-known figures. To that end, barricades have been erected at the ram temple site and other important locations, such as the lata mangeshkar Chowk. Additionally, vehicle admission has been prohibited. The crème de la crème of India, including business moguls mukesh ambani and gautam adani, bollywood superstar amitabh bachchan, and sports legend Sachin Tendulkar, have been invited as state guests.
