 A 24-year-old man who posted a deep fake video of actress rashmika mandanna was arrested in andhra pradesh and taken to Delhi. A lot of information has been revealed in the investigation conducted by the police on the young man today. The 24-year-old, who was arrested for making and circulating a deepfake video of actress rashmika Mandana, has told the police that he did it to get more followers on Instagram.
The mastermind behind the case, which sparked a nationwide debate on deepfake, was arrested in andhra pradesh and brought to New Delhi. Deepfakes are a form of artificial media designed using artificial intelligence. It uses sophisticated algorithms to handle visual and audio components.

The delhi police is investigating naveen after probing more than 500 social media accounts linked to the deepfake video. During the investigation, the 24-year-old man confessed to his crime and said that he made the video to gain followers on Instagram.
Naveen said that he was a fan of rashmika Mandhana and used to run Rashmika's fan page. Realizing that this would cause him trouble, naveen deleted the posts and changed the name of the instagram channel.
