The israel Defence Forces (IDF) released an audio tape on sunday of a Gaza resident telling an IDF officer that Hamas forces are "sitting in hotels" outside of palestine and should be murdered. "Kill them." I'm telling you this on behalf of the people. I'm sitting alone. "I'm done; everything is ruined," the Gaza citizen remarked in the audio tape.

The Gazan went on to say that Hamas had taken them "back 100 years" and should be held accountable. "May god curse them," the citizen stated on the audio recording. The audio tape was published on sunday, the 100th day of the Israel-Hamas war. Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has pledged to continue the Gaza onslaught until his side succeeds in their aim to drive Hamas militants from the Palestinian territory. He restated Israel's position amid rising international pressure to cease the Gaza war. The continuing conflict in the Gaza Strip has killed more than 20,000 people so far.

The israel Defence Forces took to X to mark the 100th day of the Gaza war, claiming that it also marks the "highest amount of humanitarian aid" entering the besieged Palestinian enclave since october 7, when Hamas launched a surprise and unprecedented attack against israel, triggering a counteroffensive and the ongoing conflict between the two sides.
